Latest News and Updates

Project Linus is celebrating its 30th anniversary all year

Project Linus was founded on December 24, 1995. Our chapter was established in 1999. As of the end of 2025, the Albuquerque/Bernalillo Chapter of Project Linus has delivered over 95,000 blankets to children in need. For all of you have donated quilts to our Project Linus chapter, THANK YOU!


Make a Blanket Day

Thank you to everyone who participated in Make a Blanket Day on February 28th. We finished 41 isolette covers for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UNM Hospital.
Also, thank you to Quilt Works for providing a pleasant, well-lit workspace as well as help from their staff. The event would not have been possible without your assistance.



Quilt Raffle


​ We will be holding a quilt raffle later in the spring. Please check back here for updates on when and where we will be selling raffle tickets. As before, it will be $1.00 a ticket or 6 tickets for $5.00.














The Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Project Linus Chapter, established January 1999, has provided about 95630 blankets to children in distress. January, 2026
